Free mental health support in London & across the UK
Free mental health support for hard days and every day.
Wherever you are in the UK — London, Manchester, Glasgow or a village in between — track your mood daily, get practical advice for anxiety, stress, low mood and sleep, and talk to people who understand in moderated UK peer chat rooms — with crisis helplines like Samaritans and Shout always one tap away.

Our mission
Nobody in the UK should have to carry a hard day alone.
My mental health is a free online mental health support community for people across the UK. It gives you a private mood tracker and journal, plain-English advice on anxiety, depression, stress and sleep, and peer support from people who understand what a bad week actually feels like. We're not a replacement for professional care: we're the everyday layer around it, with clear routes to UK crisis services whenever things get heavy.
How to join
Step 1
Create your free account
Register with an email address or sign in with Google. It takes under a minute and costs nothing.
Step 2
Do your first check-in
Two minutes: mood, energy, sleep and a line about your day. It's private to you, always.
Step 3
Join a room when you're ready
Browse the community rooms and join whichever fit. Only members of a room can read what's said inside it.
Community rooms
Small, topic-based spaces where members talk openly. You read and post only in the rooms you choose to join, and moderators keep them safe.
General
Day-to-day chat about whatever's on your mind — good days and hard ones.
Anxiety
Racing thoughts, worry spirals and what actually helps in the moment.
Low mood
For the flat, heavy days — company from people who know them well.
Sleep
Sleepless nights, restless minds and gentler wind-down routines.
Wins
Small victories worth celebrating, from getting dressed to big milestones.
Veterans
A dedicated space for UK veterans, with forces-aware support and contacts.
Find your community in London and Manchester
Free online mental health support for people in both cities, with shared UK peer chat rooms, practical self-care advice and routes to professional support.

A two-minute check-in: mood, energy, sleep, one thing you're grateful for and space to write freely.

See your patterns over weeks, not just today. Spot what lifts you and what drains you.

Topic rooms for anxiety, low mood, sleep and small wins — plus private messages with other members.
UK crisis numbers
Samaritans, Shout, NHS 111, CALM, HOPELINE247 and more, one tap away at any hour.
Online chat & webchat
Text lines, email support and moderated webchat when speaking on the phone feels like too much.
Anxiety & low mood advice
Grounding, panic, sleep, low mood and how to ask for help — written plainly, no jargon.
You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support
